You have to assume that the first three to four months of your business will have to be dedicated to introducing your service to dealers. But to help you get a jump start, we will provide you with a list of potential dealers in your territory. We will send each of the dealers listed an email introducing your service. And we will provide up to 100 hours of out-bound tele-marketing service to make calls on your behalf. This is our way of helping you kick start your marketing and make an impact on your market.

Professional Finance Managers / Credit Technologies works with several large national accounts and/or manufacturers who promote our financing services. When one of these partners refers a client in your market, you will get the benefit of signing them up and working with them moving forward. These accounts will result in a referral fee being paid to the referring representative on each closing. But these kinds of affiliations make growing your business very easy and affective. 

Your day to day business:

A question every potential business owner ask is what will be my day to day operation. While there are going to be differences along the way, the basic functions you will have in this business include:


  • ONBOARDING and TRAINING: Before we let you get started, we want to make sure you are fully trained and up to speed on how to operate a financing center. This process can take as little as a few days if you are able to commit full time to training, or it can get spread out over a few weeks if you are only available a couple of hours a week.
  • MARKETING: As stated previously, you have to assume there is no current business being generated from your market. As such, you will need to market your services to Merchants and Dealers in your area. While this part of your business never really stops, it will certainly be your focus the first three to four months after training.
  • PROCESSING LOANS: When you start to generate loan applications, you will need to be available to process them. This is a task you can do yourself, or you may want to contract the work out to someone working for you. We will teach you how to make it an easy task, and also how to make it affordable if you contract the work to someone else. 
  • GENERAL MANAGEMENT: It doesn't matter what business you are in, you will have to be the manager, accountant, and salesperson. That just comes with owning a business. But at Professional Finance Managers, we have plans to make all of these tasks very manageable without much stress.
